Image: Canadian illustrated postcard from the 1920’s with Canada boasting the legal availability of alcohol during the American prohibition. From 1920-1933, the United States implemented a constitutional ban on the production, importation, transportation and sale of alcoholic beverages. During this time, many Canadian beer and alcohol companies found great financial success. Legally sold and illegally bought, a case of whisky that sold for $15 in Quebec could be sold for $120 in New York State.

Designed and printed in Canada by Canadian Culture Thing.

Dimensions: 4 x 6".

The reverse is a postcard back, divided for a message, postage, and addressing.
